Accommodation Revival was founded to do one thing exceptionally well: transform tired accommodation into high-performing, guest-ready assets.
Led by husband-and-wife team Andrew Pink and Lucy Pink, we bring together deep operational experience, commercial insight, and design expertise to revive motels, short-stay properties, and boutique accommodation across Australia.

Our Team
Andrew Pink
Andrew brings extensive experience across the accommodation and property development sector, with over 20 years developing, upgrading, operating and repositioning hospitality assets.
He holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, formally qualifying him in real estate and brokerage, and strengthening his ability to advise owners not only on repositioning and performance uplift, but also on asset value, compliance and exit strategy.
With a strong understanding of accommodation operations, budgets, timelines and trade coordination, Andrew oversees every project from concept through to completion. His focus is on delivering outcomes that are commercially sound, efficiently executed and aligned with the owner’s broader investment objectives.
Andrew acts as the central point of contact managing feasibility, strategy, consultants, trades and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to operations.
Project Manager & Broker
Lucy is the creative force behind the transformation.
With a background in interior design and extensive experience working on accommodation and residential projects, Lucy specialises in creating spaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Her designs balance style with durability, selecting finishes, furnishings, and layouts that enhance the guest experience while standing up to the demands of high-turnover accommodation. Lucy has a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design influences bookings, reviews, and first impressions online.
From full refurbishments to targeted refreshes, Lucy ensures each space feels cohesive, welcoming, and market-ready.
