Project Manager
Andrew brings extensive experience across the accommodation and property development sector, having spent over 15 years developing, upgrading, operating, and repositioning hospitality assets.
With a strong understanding of accommodation operations, budgets, timelines, and trade coordination, Andrew oversees every project from concept through to completion. His focus is on delivering projects that are commercially sound, efficiently delivered, and aligned with the owner’s broader objectives.
Andrew acts as the central point of contact — managing feasibility, strategy, consultants, trades, and delivery — ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to operations.
Interior Designer
Lucy Pink
Lucy is the creative force behind the transformation.
With a background in interior design and extensive experience working on accommodation and residential projects, Lucy specialises in creating spaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Her designs balance style with durability — selecting finishes, furnishings, and layouts that enhance the guest experience while standing up to the demands of high-turnover accommodation. Lucy has a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design influences bookings, reviews, and first impressions online.
