Our pricing varies depending on the service provided. Feasibility & Positioning Strategy reports typically range from $3,000 to $5,000, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
For Asset Repositioning & Refurbishment projects, we charge a strategic planning fee along with a project management margin on works delivered by subcontractors. Brokerage services are typically structured as a commission on successful sale of the property.
